Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Strategy:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to achieve lead volume and quality targets in the US market.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage and convert them.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that drives lead generation, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and eBooks.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for lead capture and conversion.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and handoff processes.
  • Partner with product marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry (US Market Only).
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ZOHO campaign) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
