Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to achieve lead volume and quality targets in the US market.
- Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage and convert them.
- Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
- Manage and optimize lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that drives lead generation, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and eBooks.
- Ensure all content is optimized for lead capture and conversion.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and handoff processes.
- Partner with product marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Market Research:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry (US Market Only).
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ZOHO campaign) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
